We use a product called TeamViewer to make a remote connection to your desktop when you're having trouble.

Someone from our IT Department should have asked you to visit this page to make a connection

We can only make this connection with your permission. 

You should only let someone you know and  trust make this kind of connection.

On a Windows or PC computer:

• Click Here to Download the client for Windows
• Another window will open, Click Save and save the to your desktop
• Double-Click or Run the file you just downloaded (cvuquicksupport.exe)
• When the picture below shows up, share your ID number and then Password with the CVU agent

On a Macintosh or Apple computer:

• Click Here to Download the Teamviewer Client
• Save it to your desktop or downloads folder
• Open the file you just downloaded (TeamViewerQS.dmg)
• When the picture below shows up, share your ID number and then Password with the CVU agent
